1. Definitions

"Product" means the FireFlip Wallet, a novelty item designed to produce a controlled flash of flame when used as intended.

• "We/Us/Our" means Finds4U, the seller and operator of finds4u.co.uk.
• "You/Customer means the person purchasing, receiving, or using the Product.
• "Order" means a request to purchase the Product placed via the Website.

2. Age Restriction

The Product is intended for adults aged 18 years or over only. By placing an Order, you confirm - including via any age declaration checkbox presented at checkout - that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse, cancel, or refund any Order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Customer does not meet this requirement. The Product must never be sold, given, or made accessible to persons under the age of 18.

3. Nature of the Product & Intended Use

The FireFlip Wallet is a novelty prop intended for entertainment purposes, such as magic tricks and party demonstrations. It produces an open flame and must only be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the Product and the safety information set out in Clause 4 below.

The Product is not a toy and is not suitable for unsupervised use by anyone, including adults unfamiliar with fire-based novelty props.

4. Health & Safety Warnings

You acknowledge and accept the following risks and requirements before using the Product. It is your sole responsibility to read and follow this guidance in full.

This Product produces an open flame and must be handled with extreme care at all times.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times.

Never use the wallet near your face, hair, clothing, or any other person.

• Always keep a safe distance from yourself and others during use.
• Keep away from flammable liquids, gases, paper, curtains, and other combustible materials.
• Use only in a well-ventilated area.
• Never leave the wallet unattended while lit or while cooling.
• Ensure the flame is fully extinguished before closing or storing the wallet.

Do not use the Product if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Avoid use in windy conditions, where the flame may spread unexpectedly.

4.1 Before Every Use

• Inspect the wallet for signs of damage or excessive wear before each use.
• If damaged, do not use the Product under any circumstances.
• Stop using the Product immediately if any part becomes loose, broken, or fails to operate correctly.

4.2 Instructions for Safe Use

• Read all safety information in these Terms before using the Product.
• Carefully read and follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the Product.
• Only use the Product in a safe, open, well-ventilated area away from flammable materials.
• Keep spectators, children, and pets at a safe distance while the Product is in use.
• Allow the Product to cool completely before handling, storing, or transporting it.
• Store the Product safely in a cool, dry place when not in use.

5. Emergency Procedures

In the unlikely event of an accident, act quickly and calmly:

• If clothing catches fire: Stop, Drop and Roll to smother the flames.
• If burns occur: Cool the affected area under cool running water for at least 20 minutes. Seek medical advice if the burn is severe, blistering, or covers a large area.
• If a fire cannot be safely controlled: Call emergency services immediately (999 in the UK).

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

You acknowledge that the use of a fire-producing novelty item carries inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, fire, smoke inhalation, and property damage. By purchasing and/or using the Product, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to use the Product responsibly and in strict accordance with the safety guidance in these Terms and the manufacturer's instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finds4U shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, modification, negligent handling, or failure to follow the safety instructions and warnings set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

• If the Product is damaged on arrival or becomes damaged, stop using it immediately.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify the Product yourself.
• Contact us at finds4uofficial@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.
• Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
• Dispose of damaged Products safely and in line with local waste guidance.

8. Storage

• Store the Product in a cool, dry place.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times, including during storage.

9. Disposal

• Ensure the Product is completely cool before disposal.

Dispose of any remaining lighter fluid in accordance with your local authority's guidance. Never pour it

down sinks or drains.

Dispose of the Product responsibly through your local waste or recycling service where appropriate.

10. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All Orders placed via the Website are subject to acceptance by Finds4U. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including where age verification cannot be confirmed. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to Order confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of Order via the payment methods available on the Website.

11. Delivery

We aim to dispatch Orders within a reasonable timeframe as indicated on the Website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Finds4U is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our reasonable control.

12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

As a UK consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the Product being unused, unopened, and in its original condition. For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we may decline change-of-mind returns of Products that have been used or ignited, or where the safety seal/packaging has been broken.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the Product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described - including where it has already been used or ignited - you remain fully entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 13. Prohibited Use

• The Product must not be sold, gifted, or supplied to anyone under the age of 18.
• The Product must not be used indoors near smoke detectors, sprinkler systems, or in venues where open flames are prohibited.
• The Product must not be modified, refilled with unauthorised substances, or used in any manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's instructions.
• The Product must not be used to cause harm, distress, or damage to any person or property.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the Finds4U name, logo, branding, product names such as "FireFlip Walleti images, and marketing materials, is the property of Finds4U and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Product itself. The version in effect at the time of your Order will apply. Continued use of the Website or purchase of the Product following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
